We did an event at a USC lecture hall. We were live streaming it and need help. Vertigo went above and beyond in helping us have a sterling event - that was seen by thousands of people. Flawless execution!
James Schumacher is my favorite soundman and his set ups are epic!!! I always call him first and he always goes above and beyond. I have played large venues, warehouses, small spaces, and yards and for all of my event/show needs he has the right sound equipment, great lighting, and a great personality.
As a musician, it is important not only to have a great sound system but a sound person who truly cares and pays attention to what's happening the entire time. Vertigo really takes my events to the next level.
Had a huge 500 person wedding and what can I say other than TOP NOTCH!! Vertigo had the best price point and quality equipment from 5 different quotes I received so I hired them for my reception. (The gear was exactly what we needed.) Then sound for my ceremony didn't work out with a friend and at the last minute, Vertigo came thru with a package and price point that met our needs. Hire them. I hired James for couple events. I've been Djing mobile events for 15 years.

For a Dj like myself who has been doing it for a long time there is nothing better than showing up to a gig and knowing everything is set and ready to go.
Peace of mind is what you can expect from James.
I rented some equipment for a house party. For $90 I got a great speaker, two mics, a mixer, and mic and speaker stands. It's a much better deal than I've been able to find other places. James was very flexible with my schedule and pick up and drop off was easy.
James graciously donated equipment for a non-profit event and I can't say enough great things about working with him & the staff of Vertigo. On the day of the event, his staff was there right on time with the equipment ready to load in. Everything was clean, up-to-date, and in good working order. They helped set up and were super patient in making sure everything was working and ready to go before leaving.
The sound board was set up in a very intuitive way that anyone could operate and we had no issues projecting from a laptop. When the event was finished, they showed up right on time and were in and out with the equipment in minutes.
Every interaction I had with them was friendly and punctual-- these guys are top of the line.
